Tatyana graduated from the I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy where she completed resident training. Then completed postgraduate medical training at the Moscow State Medical Stomatological University and defended a dissertation on a topic: "Condition of mineral density of bone tissue in women after hysterectomy in reproductive age". She received advanced training on climacteric diseases, gynecological endocrinology, ultrasound diagnostics, modern methods of diagnostics and treatment of gynecological diseases with a course of endoscopy, and also contemporary problems of reproductive medicine and surgery (with a course in endoscopy).

Spheres of doctor's practical interest include: gynecological endocrinology, issues of modern contraception, hormonal therapy in gynecology, hormonal therapy of menopause, infertility, children’s gynecology.

From 2002 to 2005, she worked as a resident obstetrician & gynecologist and then a doctor at the gynecology unit. From 2004 to 2006 doctor Kaznacheyeva worked as a surgeon for rendering first aid. From 2007 to 2008, she held the position of gynecologist of the ART Clinic in Moscow. She was an obstetrician-gynecologist, gynecologist-endocrinologist.

Tatyana annually takes part in congresses and scientific-practical conferences of international significance.

She has more than 40 articles in scientific magazines.

In September 2010, Tatyana started to work at EMC.
